MindReader

This is probably what not expect when this was requested. Anyway, this is almost an "recommendation" plugin. This will load up list of summaries and replies based on the list.

Includes:
* Manual training and saving response button.
* Add/Remove any summaries/replies on the Mind Reader tab
* Access from both online/offline users.
* Can save yours or other's summaries/replies.
